Job description:

Providing administrative support (phone calls, emails, internal and external meeting Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests
Logistics management for HCG (courier dispatch, tracking, etc)
Liaising with external service providers Coordinating with internal staff
Coordinating agenda Managing reception desk
Managing corporate archive Coordinating office supply and other needs
Managing expenses and stock reports Managing work schedules including organizing travel and accommodations
Logging and processing bills and expenditures.
Performing various secretarial tasks

Job Requirements:

Graduates and above
Should be well versed with the English language, oral and written (high amount of email communication is expected)
Should have experience of 0 to 3 years, retired professionals are welcome to apply
Should have basic knowledge of accounts
Should be extremely well adept with MS Office and Google Suite
Previous experience of personal experience is a must A service-oriented, proactive, resolutive and positive mindset is ideal
Should be a highly organized individual
Should have good listening skills Should have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong professional relationship with the team Excellent interpersonal skills (social and communication)Should be ready to join immediately.
Should be located in Vadodara. Should be eager to learn. Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Corel draw is an added bonus.Prior knowledge of product listing on e-commerce website is highly desirable
Knowledge on Stock management /inventory management is highly desirable
