Maintain each employee’s accurate records and prepare MIS reports such as daily/monthly manpower summary, attrition ratio etc.
Ensure all employees are in proper uniform, take necessary steps if needed
Timely provide details required to accounts department for salary process such as deduction list, daily wage changes in any worker if any, employee code for the newcomer,
Address to employee grievance and resolve issues, also answer payroll related questions.
Maintain employee’s individual file
Conduct all documentation work.
Issue a relevant letter to the employee whenever need from HR part.
Conduct other HR Operational activity
To ensure all employees are maintaining/following the code of conduct of the company
Conduct Exit Process for employees leaving the organization
Make planning for the birthday celebration and monthly Awards
Monitor Snacks distribution and stock maintenance
Issue uniform whenever required and follow the policy
Monitor all HR expenses
Manage for transportation facility provided by the company.
Update leaves records with accuracy
Monitor Factory license renewal for signor group
Draft Policies whenever required
Help in the recruitment process
Draw attention towards legal compliance matters and make changes if needed
Execute & Workers claim process
