Primary Role of the position:
Provide support in ensuring CI Financial Management System at the field level in line with compliance with all legal and statutory requirements towards maintaining the credibility of the Organization. Support in the entire finance management of the program funds and grant towards strengthening the Finance related system within the Partner Organizations with special focus on financial accompaniment so that their capacities are enhanced to meet the challenges.
Key Accountabilities -
· Interact with internal / external stakeholders as necessary while addressing the financial requirements of the Organization
· Financial monitoring of the Projects implemented by Partner Organizations in the states specified with special reference to budgets, reports, consolidation of reports, cash flows of partners and the overall project
· Capacity Building of internal staff and implementing partners / agencies in finance related areas.
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (Desirable will be a Masters’ Degree in Commerce /and or MBA in Finance).
Knowledge on: GAAP, Budgeting & Budget Monitoring, Legal and Statutory requirements for NGOs particularly viz. FCRA, TDS, Service Tax, Income Tax, Tally ERP 9, MS Office. Added knowledge of Salary Administration will be desirable.
Language Skills:West Zone (English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujrati etc.)
Experience: Minimum 5 - 8 yrs. of working experience in NGO or the Development Sector is a must
Salary (Negotiable): INR 40,000/- to INR 45,000/- p.m. (Monthly gross) plus additional benefits.
