Job Description:

Liaisoning with departmental authorities and advocates/consultants, in relation to all the legal matters including Mining, Electricity, Contractual Disputes and Indirect Taxes.
Supervision and monitoring of all the pending legal matters and keep the management informed about the current status time to time.
Attending various forums like Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court etc along with advocate.
Speedy favourable settlement of major dispute pending before various authorities.
Keeping abreast with fast and frequently changes/clarifications in legal statues.
Clear, persuasive and concise drafting of legal correspondences like application/appeal/reply to various authorities/stakeholders.
Should be orally articulate, have good written communication skills and well versed in Hindi & English.
Filing of returns, timely payment of statutory dues, and preparation of contingent liability statement and maintaining proper records.

Qualifications: Professional Law Degree (LLB) with preferably with B. Com / M. Com

Minimum Experience Level: 3 - 5 Years
