Offline Marketing/Branding executive

Role Brief:

We are looking for an Offline Marketing/Branding executive to assist in generating sales through an offline marketing and branding activities such as retail displays that capture buyers’ attention. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all types of offline branding and marketing activities.
• Ensure if the retail store/salon is eligible for Beardo’s branding.
• Ensure that our products get proper visibility and business in any retail stores/salons.
• Work closely with sales team for POSM dispatch and utilization data.
• Maintain a good relationship with the vendors, head office team, sales team, warehouse team and accounts team.
• Continuously stay engaged with vendors to get the branding work done within time limits.
• Maintain MIS to ensure stock visibility at any given time.
• Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
• Onboard new vendors/suppliers as and when required.
• Changing displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive offers or seasonal themes, and gifting plans.
• Managing offline schemes and gifts with purchase with vendors, distributors and retail outlets.
• Monitor and account for the time and manpower required to build and stock store displays and communicate this information with management.
• Manage budget and track costs and expenses.
• Managing and producing all Offline artwork including amends through until completion.

Requirements:

• Any graduation, fresher can apply. Must have good understanding of aesthetics and visual communications.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
