Job Title: Offshore Salesforce Technical API Specialist
Location : Jaipur
Experience : 3 to 8yrs
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Offshore Salesforce Technical API Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in API integrations and PD 1 & 2 certifications. As an Offshore Salesforce Technical API Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing API solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of API solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain API integrations with legacy systems to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to define API integration requirements.
Design and document API specifications, including endpoints, payloads, and authentication methods.
Develop custom API connectors and adapters to integrate with third-party systems and services.
Perform API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and reliability.
Optimize API performance and scalability to handle large volumes of data and user requests.
Monitor API usage and performance metrics to identify issues and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for API development and integration.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams during API implementation and integration processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to API development and integration.
Must have expertise in Salesforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in API development and integration.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java for API development.
Experience with API management platforms and tools, such as Postman, etc.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in API development and integration (preferred).
Must have experience in Salesforce.
