Okta IAM Engineer recruitment in Bangalore - For a Client of Teamlease Digital

Job Description:

·        Responsible for designing, testing, and integrating IAM solutions with business applications and other SaaS solutions

·        Partners with technology and business teams to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted adviser on IAM solutions based on business needs, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements

·        Protects critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access of users both inside and outside the organization

·        Provide input into architectural design of IAM systems and execute against the IAM's program roadmap

·        Ensures the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems

·        Troubleshoots, supports and resolves IAM system incidents, problems and changes, as required

·        Ability to provide leadership when resolving IAM technical issues

·        Have a passion for quality work and dedication to results

·        Be driven to provide excellent customer service and be a team player

Required Skills:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

·        4+ years of professional experience within Security or IT

·        2+ years of experience with the implementation and integration of SSO and MFA technologies, preferably with Okta or Microfocus NAM products

·        Excellent working knowledge of current security standards and protocols, including but not limited to SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, RADIUS, and Kerberos

·        Good understanding of REST API’s and JSON

·        Experience integrating enterprise SaaS solutions such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Amazon

·        Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, ISO27001, and SOC2

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate technical subjects to a broad range of stakeholders

·        Possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

·        Exceptionally self-motivated, effective multi-tasking, and thrives in a team environment

·        Ability to produce detailed IAM documentation and process flows

·        Demonstrates strong organization skills and time management

·        Programming experience with Java, .Net C#, Perl, or PowerShell is a plus

·        Experience working with the following enterprise software / technologies:

o   Active Directory

o   RBAC

o   SCIM

o   Privileged Account and Access Management

o   SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS)

o   Cloud Security

o   Linux
