Responsibilities
- Knowledge of operating e-commerce sales operations.
- Experience in handling e-commerce back-end sales panels.
- Managing Key Customers portfolio.
- Handling Customer / Buyer registration on e-commerce platform
- Registration includes verifying and approving Buyers / Sellers business on e-commerce platform.
- Verifying Buyers / Sellers business documents.
- Soft calling to existing Buyers / Customers.
- Ensure timely Communication updates to Buyers / Customers through SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and other communication channels.
- After Sales Support and Follow-up.
- Market / Communicate new offers / events / catalog to Customer / Buyer database.
- Follow-up with Zonal Sales representative for User Registrations and Orders related queries.
Skill Requirements
- Preferably from B2B / B2C E-commerce Domain.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages Known: English, Hindi, Kannada (or any other South Language)
- Additionally knowledge of Speaking in Bengali language would be preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars.
- Problem-solving aptitude and self motivated
