We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented On-Field Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all requirements and requests made by our on-field manager understood, properly documented, and updated in our company's Excel sheet. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with on-field manager to understand all their requirements and requests
• Ensuring all requirements are clearly and accurately documented
• Creating and updating an Excel sheet to track all requirements and requests made by on-field manager
• Regularly updating the Excel sheet with any changes or additions made by on-field manager
• Communicating any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders, including the on-field manager and other team members
• Conducting regular analysis of the data in the Excel sheet to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Providing feedback to the management team on any issues or concerns identified
• Collaborating with other departments as required to ensure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring all data is kept confidential and secure at all times
