ONBOARDING TEAM LEAD
NewAge Products is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized team player who is capable of making business decisions based on pre-defined guidelines. Reporting to the Sales Operations Team, the Onboarding Team Lead is responsible for maintaining a suite of trackers and dashboards, and for managing a team of resources who execute tasks, both related to ongoing Onboarding projects. In addition, this role requires agility and flexibility to react quickly as direction or requirements change, and to ensure continuity and thoroughness in activities in the event of a shift in direction.
Duties:
· Updating, prioritizing and reporting on tasks contained within various Onboarding (OB) trackers and dashboards
· Identifying and resolving gaps or issues that could risk the progress of any Onboarding projects; if cannot be independently resolved, escalating the concern to management for review
· Ensure all tasks contained within OB trackers are being executed by self and team effectively, on time, and in the optimal priority
· Execute complex data management and maintenance activities independently and with a high level of accuracy
· Work with cross-functional partners to document and develop processes to expedite sales team processes and to improve data integrity across various platforms
· Execute auditing practices to ensure data accuracy
· Make recommendations to improve Sales Operations activities
· Communicate daily with Sales Operations team to ensure alignment on tasks, discuss priorities, and to receive feedback and support
· Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Post-Secondary education preferably in a related field of study such as Marketing, Business or Sales
· Minimum 3 years using content management systems for an e-commerce platform
· Minimum 3 years of experience managing physical products for an e-commerce site
· Experience with platforms such as Salsify, Stibo, Magento, and Smartsheet are strongly preferred
· Critical to have experience managing own work priorities in order to meet deadlines
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
· Must have strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis
· Must be proactive and results oriented with strong organization, communication and influencing skills, a self-starter who takes initiative, seeks opportunities for improvement, and creatively and constructively challenges the status quo
· Must have the ability to lead, coach, and provide feedback to team members and direct reports for ongoing support, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships
· Highly-advanced Excel skills are a must-have; other Office applications such as Access, Visio and PowerPoint are an asset
· Thrives in an environment of change and ambiguity
