- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Bidder (Upwork, PPH, GURU, Freelance) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding on various freelance websites, such as Upwork to secure new project opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and identify new project opportunities on different websites

- Prepare and submit compelling proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities

- Manage client relationships, from initial contact to project completion

- Negotiate project terms and conditions

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements :

- Proven experience as an online bidder on freelance websites

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
