Skills Required:

Candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, business development & services selling.
Excellent communication skills & written skills
Hands-on experience of managing a complete sales cycle from the point of sourcing a lead to closing the leads successfully.
Must have prior experience in a Software or Web Development Company
Having prior links or a strong individual bidding profile will be a plus.
Having proven track record in online bidding and lead/business generation in Web and Mobile Apps Development will be given preference
Candidate should know how to write proposals/cover letters and handle clients
Should be able to understand technical and functional requirements of the projects
Should be well acquainted with online bidding portals such as Upwork, GURU Elance, Freelancer
Can follow up with Leads through Written or Verbal communication
Update and maintain a prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis.
Able to analyze the requirements and propose solutions to clients accordingly.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation
Define, draft and execute new marketing strategies to streamline the sales process
Analyze online Jobs on various portals like Upwork, Write cover letters and apply to technical IT jobs.
Get quote and additional information from the functional/technical head about the project to provide a better quote and cover letter to the client.
Prepare and submit proposals to portals for relevant projects/skills
Generate reports, provide suggestions on how to make the profiles and cover letter better.
Responsible to interact directly with the client to understand project scope, propose solutions and closing deals. Meet the assigned monthly targets
