Searching for a new tender for submission.
Study of Pre-qualification criteria and preparation of a technical bid for the same.
Preparation of schedules for plant, machinery and manpower deployment at the site.
Study of NITs and complete tender documents before submission.
Study of the financial bid and tender drawings.
Costing & rate analysis for BOQ for submission of financial bid.
Maintain track of submitted tenders and EMDs.
Checking & follow-up with concerned departments till the allotment of tender.
Preparation & follow-up with respective departments for Pre-work order formalities/documents like Security deposits, BGs, EMD, Agreements.
Maintain Pretender and post tender documents and correspondences.
Preparation of estimation of quantities, project costing, profit and overheads statement before the start of work.
Planning, preparation & updating bar charts of work activities on a weekly basis or as per client’s requirements.
Coordinating with the site team and higher authority for smooth execution of work.
Maintaining a daily progress report of work.
Preparation of client bill and labour bill on a monthly basis or as per requirements, also checking of bills received from a site.
Reconciliation of materials on RA bill basis.
Maintaining a record of billing & cashflow of all sites.
Follow-up with the client for payment of RA bills.
Updating company profile as per changes and project updates.
Maintain original document file of company registration for tendering purposes.
Maintain a list of architects, consultants, PSUs and government departments for business development.
