We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Online inside sales executive to interact with buyers and sellers and close the sale post price negotiation.
As an online inside sales executive, you will be responsible for selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
To be successful as an Online inside sales executive, you should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals.
Ultimately, a top-performing online sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.

What are you expected to do?

As an Online inside sales executive, you will be responsible for the following:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects by collecting references from existing clients.
Build sales qualified pipeline and close deals
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers and suppliers through exceptional after-sales service.
Updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers/suppliers.

Do you have these desired skills?

Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
