Job Description

Job Title: Online Maths Tutor (Contract)

Location: [PAN INDIA]

Job Type: Full-time/Contract

Reports to: [Manager of Teaching and Learning]

Job Summary:
Shikshatra is seeking an experienced or university graduate with strong passion towards online interactive teaching to join our team as an Online Maths Tutor. The ideal candidate should have experience in online/live/recording teaching, be well-versed with all Maths topics (K10, K11 + K12 & COMPETATIVE EXAMS - NDA,CDS and IBPS/RRB), and be proficient in Hindi and spoken English. The candidate must be able to provide a demo along with proven experience or achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online Maths classes for students in K10, K11 + K12 and for competitive exams like NDA, CDS, IBPS/RRB

Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure effective learning

Provide regular feedback and support to students to improve their performance

Evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in teaching practices and technology

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching quality and student outcomes

Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other relevant activities as required

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field0-5 years of experience in online/live/recording teaching

Strong understanding of Maths topics for K10, K11 + K12 and for competitive exams like NDA, CDS, IBPS/RRB

Proficient in Hindi and spoken English

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
