Responsibilities:

The Online Media Solutionist will be responsible for designing House Of GKB’s online media strategy and working with teams - internal and external, to bring it to life. You will be delivering measurable business impact through digital marketing, specifically social media, and engagement, online/offline events as well as managing the Client accounts. 

Ensuring the below is followed and implemented:

1. End to end ownership of House Of GKB’s social brand channels and strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and others, including the execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis.
2. Constantly iterate and maintain House Of GKB’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to clientele and fans/followers. Ensure consistent brand positioning and tone of voice across all platforms.
3. Build and leverage local and cultural moments to make the brand House Of GKB relevant to Indian audiences.
4. Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.
5. Find new and exciting ways to engage consumers/clientele via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation and affinity for the House Of GKB brand and its content.
6. Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learning.
7. Set an experimentation calendar and constantly test hypotheses to develop an editorial strategy for House Of GKB.
8. Expand House Of GKB’s brand presence on emerging and IN-specific social platforms.
9. Conceptualize and create original online strategy and content for House Of GKB, and its clientele.
10. Manage other Online Marketing avenues for House Of GKB such as Email Marketing, website, etc.
11. Be actively involved, conceptualize offline-online events held at House Of GKB.
12. Any other responsibility assigned that is required as a Team Member at House Of GKB.

Qualification & Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing is a must.
• Exceptional persuasive written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High degree of fluency in English.

In addition, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there are additional requirements:

• Must have their own travel conveyance.
• Must be ready to come to the office.

Annual Salary: INR 2.52L - 3.6L
