Online Operations Lead

Location : Hyderabad

You should have : 

  • 3 - 5 years of operations experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong aptitude for operations with exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of different web technologies and the ability to pick up new ones
  • A high degree of accuracy with excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Your job responsibilities :

  • Engage with marketing-generated opportunities
  • Help the team grow and build a scalable, repeatable process
  • Build and condition a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Train and mentor team members in closing new leads
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Analyze data and present actionable insights for marketing & product teams
