About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide prompt and courteous support to clients via WhatsApp, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues effectively
2. Assist the internal team of online ordering of EZ with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, report generation, client communication, etc.
3. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
