We are looking for someone who will initiate listening of the brand on social media, digital, web and should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
Someone with at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- The candidate will be handling all social media accounts of the company.
- The candidate will be answerable to all queries posted by the Customer's on all business accounts as the first point of contact.
- The candidate will be doing outbound calls if it's within the scope.
- Analyzing and creative skills required.
- Should answer or react with resolutions if response asked from stakeholder
- Excellent communication skills
- Handling customer queries through calls,emails,chats and social media
- Team player and people management as per last work experience.
- Must have experience in Negative links and comments deleting.- Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking.
- Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.
- Should be able to manage a tight grip of the ORM operations.
