Job Description:

The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & On line chat processes.

Day Shift
2nd & 4th Saturday offs
Freshers with good communication and understanding of sales are most welcome!!!
Outbound process: Up sell & cross-sell executive and certification courses
Inbound Process: Attend to the sales & services calls received on the customer care numbers.
On line Chat Process: Be available to address any query coming through on line chat mode.
Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling as per the time lines.

Salary: ₹180,000.00 /year

Education Qualification: -

Graduates (in any stream) & amp; Post graduates can also Apply.
B.E 2017 are eligible however B.E 2018 eligible only when aggregate is below 60%.
Candidate pursuing academics are not eligible.
