Job Description
- Generating Buy leads, attending Customer queries via indiamart.com , justdial.com.
- Reverting to customer queries through calls, Mails and ensuring order completion.
- Working on MS- excel for making Quotation Proforma Invoice , Orders.
- Daily Follow ups on Enquiries, Quotations, Proforma etc.
- Maintaining good customer relationship & ensuring repeated orders from them.
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Finding leads and conducting the necessary follow-up to meet sales quotas.
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Update client records
- Track and document calls and sales
