Who are we looking to hire:
CBSE Board teachers to teach children from Class 1 to Class 10 of CBSE board
Total vacancy = 5-20 (May increase depending on demand of classes)

Who should apply:
Individuals who are absolutely certain that teaching is the field for them and are genuinely passionate about teaching. We believe true teaching is incomplete without constant learning. So the educator must be ready to learn fast and adapt to the growing environment. Also technical efficiency is mandatory.

Must have:

•     Completed schooling in CBSE Board with good marks.
•     Graduation at least
•     Fluent in English with good communication skills.
•     Patient, caring, enthusiastic and compassionate individual.
•     Doesn't need to be told everything and can make right decisions.
•     Proficient in technology, especially video calling software.
•     Eagerness to learn fast.
•     Own device (laptop/pc) with camera, microphone and working fast internet connection.
•     Professional and with best work ethics and efficiency, good with multitasking and time management.
•     Silent working space with neutral background where classes can be held without any disturbance.
•     Willing to work for us in the long term

Working hours and basic rules:

•     100% work from home.
•     Standard 40 hour work week. We are trying to stick to this as much as possible.
•     Initially due to unfamiliar interface more time may be needed.
•     Prior training regarding the interface shall be provided before classes are assigned.
•     Remuneration shall be on per student basis. Therefore initially it is expected to be very low and gradually increase.
•     Primarily you shall be required to teach, create courses and answer student queries.
•     No pressure of sales unless teacher wants to participate, but should ensure student retention.
