Online Tutor Roles and responsibilities:

To provide high quality, relevant learning opportunities which enable students to maximize their educational and personal development. To deliver the curriculum effectively through a variety of different learning strategies.
To adopt appropriate learning strategies having given due consideration to the length of the session, intended learning outcomes and the characteristics and needs of the student.
To communicate effectively with students and respond appropriate to their needs.
To ensure appropriate student participation in the teaching and learning process in sessions.
To ensure that the learning outcomes for the discipline/subject/unit/module etc. are efficiently and effectively delivered.
To ensure that curriculum content, learning materials and curriculum delivery give positive growth.
To contribute to program induction as required by the Team Leader.
To ensure that all assessments are fairly marked and graded and that there is consistency between grading.
Login to all your assigned and on-demand sessions on time
Complete the required progress notes to assist the program with data collection
Maintain the required productivity and quality parameters set by the Team Leads
Deliver the content as per the client requirements specified in the program specs
Adhere to the Do’s and Dont’s document specified by the tutoring team
Follow the appropriate client processes in order to match client expectations Reporting hierarchy (reporting to): Team Lead Compensation offered: ₹1, 68,600 Per Annum. (Full Time) For Part Time compensation is determined on a shift or hourly basis
Job Location: Coimbatore

Eligibility Criteria:

All PG and UG Students.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Willing to work in Night Shifts.
A minimum 70% in our subject test.
Excellent communication skills and sound subject knowledge in English.
Should clear our technical interview through a topic presentation of his/her choice.
