Job Description

  • Role: Operations Analyst
  • Reporting to: Team Leader / Manager
  • Location: Bangalore 
  • JOB PURPOSE:To provide proactive support to Operations team
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
  • Handle telephone calls/email/chat (inbound/outbound) in a professional manner
  • Adhere to the organizational ethics and values
  • Adapt to changes in work environment as per business requirements
  • Ability to work in teams SKILLS
  • Good communication (Spoken and written)
  • Ability to deal with irate customers and handle stress
  • Telephone etiquette awareness
  • Quick learner
  • Attention to detail
  • Good typing skill (25 WPM)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internet
  • Ability to Multitask
DESIRED PROFILE:
  • Educational Qualifications: PUC or (Diploma/ITI)
Relevant Experience:
  • 2 year of relevant experience preferably from recruitment background
  • Behaviors: High levels of honesty & Integrity, Business knowledge; Good communication skills
