Job Description:

• To coordinate with shipping lines & clients for SI Filing & B/L drafts & documentation.
• To coordinate with Custom Clearing Team & yard Operation Team.
• To coordinate with Exporter & Importer for procuring documents.
• Prepare reports like MIS for Documentation, Operations & Customer Service.
• Day to day office coordination & reporting to the Head of Department.
• Experience in Export Invoicing.
• Coordination with shipping lines for vessel schedule as per the shipper stuffing plan
• Cargo CBM calculation for all types of container
• Place booking in shipping lines then get the bookings from lines and sent to our transporters for pick up the container
• Follow-ups with transporter from pick up the container till it reach to shipper premises
• Get transportation rates as requested by shipper
• Follow-ups with SOC container surveyors 
• VGM Filing
• Coordination with Documentation Team for day to day work
• CHA coordination & Container Tracking
• Good in English.

Salary:  10,000-14,000 p.m
