Operation Executive
Job description - Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock records in warehouse
- Execute and supervises labeling and casing or packing of materials or products
- Create, maintain and execute policies or procedures pertaining logistics activities of the organisation
- Maintaining an up to date data base of the logistics options for regularly used routes
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues
- Provide assistance in production management
- Reconcile transactions and keep the management informed by submitting activity and result reports
- Conduct a quality check for all inward and outward bound goods
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping

- Specialized knowledge of the on-ground function of logistics
- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce industry
- Able to manage time effectively
