· Data reconciliation
· Answering helpdesk mails and Client queries
· Client interactions- written and verbal.
· Manage the daily Operations/ Transition work for the clients assigned
· Will be the direct point of contact for the client
· Preparing Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
· Preparing Daily Management information systems (MIS)
· Responsible for planning the day-to-day requirements for the clients
· Basic knowledge of tax and other compliance implications
Key Skills:
· Good written and verbal communication
· Basic computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and outlook
· Good team player & strong analytical skills.
· Has to be a tech savvy, must have used systems
