Performance Standard

Activation, innovations & Promotions, In MMO, MIAL, DIAL.

1. Brainstroming & Planning for activations, innovations, promotions to be carried out as efective as possible.

2. Implementing activations, innovations, promotions as per planned, till closure.

1) Check out feasibility of possible innovation & drive innovation possibilities which have came from team members.        

2) Sorting out permissions from asset authorities (MMOPL, MIAL) and explain concerned authorities about feasibility options                                              

3) Once approved, AIP activity execution responsibility from initiation till closure.                                                            

4) Ensuring Vigilance on activity and promoters entry / exit.

Station Branding Rights

1) Planning, Budgeting, for execution & maintenance of rolling out SBR stations.

2) Execution of station branding rights elements in stipulated time,

3) Maintaing SBR media and assiting-executing creative change.

1) Overall responsibility of SBR execution in stipulated timeline      

2) Undertand client's requirement as per SBR's perspective; check feasibility and implement it strategiclly with proper planning.                                                            

3) Keeping track of all possible vandalism if there are any, and get it corrected immediately.                                                  

4)Tracking day to day requirements for illuminations and making sure it has been fulfilled by vendor teams.                                                                       

5) Quality check for execution                                                             

Relationship management for Permissions & Passes.

1) Work Permissions and approvals from MMOPL & GVK for Mumbai metro and MIAL respectively,                                     

2) Getting permissions and passes from authorities for SBR, activation, innovations & promotions.

1) Cross check all works against timeslines, and strategise permissions approvals mails.                   

 2) Arrange / keep track of all the necessary permissions whether it is on MMO or MIAL.

3) Support operations manager of asset for smoothest possible executions and getting related permissions.             

4) Support ops manager & team to provide and maintain proofs of execution of work.

Visits(Recce) & Reporting

1) Doing visits to MMO/MIAL with or without other teams/clients as per requirements.      

2) Maintain and send across SBR, maintenance reports & AIP related Reports

3) Maintaining & sharing exectution/monitoring pictures as per requiremnets.

1. Always maintaining symmetry for all properties by sending survey reports & related proof of photographs to concerned departments/persons on timely basis.
