Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensuring On Time Delivery (OTD) and Customer Satisfaction monitoring at every stage of project delivery
  • Monitoring operational metrics like – EI, Efficiency, Load factor, Flexibility etc on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
  • Be an active member of ISO audit team and lead all ISO initiatives
  • Monitor customer complaints if any and finding timely and effective solution to customer complaints
  • Proactively raising red flags for customer dis-satisfaction and implement a standard process to ensure smooth function of client projects in future
  • Implement innovative quality tools to enhance project delivery
  • Ensure continual improvement in operational processes
  • Communicate with clients to understand concerns and issues if any
  • Creating effective presentations/MIS/project reports and other documents as and when required for management meetings
