Shreyas Foundation jobs - Operation Manager

Ø  Project:-Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the development of strategic plan for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans. Responsible for site level budget monitoring and management .Ensure invoices are paid on time by ensuring cheques are signed and all invoices are cleared into the finance team as per the budget. Purchase order are prepared on time based on evaluation of 3 quotation and negotiate most economical way.

Ø  Maintenance – Responsible for planning ,execution and felicitating shreyas foundations routine maintenance and modification as may require .Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring  timely implementation based on priorities set by co-ordinators ,admin, principal and academic director . Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities .Ensuring that all maintenances SOPs are prepared and followed for timely execution .To be Responsible for Building Maintenances, Water supply and electricity .Responsibility to ensure and supervise regular maintenance and cleanliness of the vibhags and their surrounding areas. Supporting shishu, Arun, and kesari Vibhags in procurement, stores, maintenance, housekeeping, and smooth functioning of all facility management / Being a facilitator for bridging gaps and timely execution.

Ø  Estate: - Overseeing smooth running of estate, working directly with

               1) Principal of Vikas Kendra and academic director to plan and execute a plan

 2) All Vibhag’s Maintenance need

 3) Provide necessary support for execute all the festivals

 Conduct periodic inspections to verify and maintain observation report of all work areas, materials, plant and equipment

Ø  Security :- Ensure that all Security Arrangement / Management to be done as per schedule. Ensure Proper Maintenance of for Inward and outward register by security staff .Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.   To be Responsible for CCTV Monitoring / Fire Fighting System / Building Maintenances. Responsible for providing necessary training to all security guards for smooth functioning of Shreyas foundation. 

Ø  Store :-  Overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively . Check the availability of the required material .Through Admin officer , manage all purchase for maintenances , project , Bagayat, Housekeeping & security related works and needs

Ø  Bagayat :- Take Regular round of premises and guide the Bagayat team for the improvements changes in the current gardening process of maintain and enhance .
