2.5 to 4.5 Years 
3,00,000 - 3,50,000 Per Year Monitor and manage operational Finance activities which includes;
Adherence to Sales process and documents;
Supervise daily operational tasks of the sales process from the stage of inception (Revenue
generation) until the realization of revenue – End to End Process and approvals
o Creation and approval of client in the ERP system;
o Credit monitoring and approval mechanism (Clients);
o Invoice Delivery, tracker and acknowledgement
o Ensure proper documentation, accounting and maintenance of records
Ensuring closure of revenue in the ERP system with all necessary approvals as per the
defined sales process.
Managing accounts receivables including reconciliation with the customers
(Client/Deal/Account Manager)
MIS Reports – Revenue and Receivables
Act as the main point of contact for addressing any internal and external and questions related to
financial operations
o Internal – Projects and Operations, Sales and other administration;
o External – Customers and Licensing authorities
Reconciliation with License owners and ensuring timely payment as per the agreement and adhering
others terms and conditions of the agreement (Security Deposit, Bank Guarantee)
Act as the custodian of assets and maintaining detail records of the same.
Adhere to financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency.
Assist Senior Managers in financial management and reporting activities (MIS of the project)
Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.
Approve third party payments (Payables) through accurate reconciliation of financial records.
