About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cab Onboarding:
Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate the seamless integration of new cabs into our fleet.
Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met by collaborating with drivers.
2. Driver Communication:
Initiate and maintain regular communication with cab drivers to ensure smooth coordination and address any operational concerns.
Provide necessary information, guidelines, and support to drivers for a positive partnership.
3. Booking Calls:
Professionally handle incoming booking calls, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Gather customer requirements, offer suitable solutions, and accurately input booking details into our system.
4. Availability Confirmation:
Confirm the availability of cabs with customers, providing real-time updates on cab status and estimated arrival times.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to customers.
5. Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
6. Data and Content Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Gather data on customer feedback, preferences, and market demands to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
7. Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cab details, driver information, and booking transactions in our system.
Generate regular reports for management to assess operational performance.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
