Salary not disclosed Moonshot Junior is looking for an Operations Assitant with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate should be willing to perform the following duties.
● Track daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
● Manage and record corporate actions and work closely with the senior Managers to relay the proper information and communicate back the answers.
● Work with Managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.
● Perform administrative duties including answering phones, scheduling meetings and replying to emails.
Requirements:
● 0-1 year experience as operations associate a plus but not necessary
● Analytical ability to solve problems efficiently.
● Able to handle changing tasks and priorities and adapt quickly with a
a sense of urgency.
● Strong ability to organize yourself and your tasks and manage your time.
● Above average computer and Internet research abilities.
● Tackle new projects/tasks as they arise
● Other Duties
CTC- 20K-30K/month
