Job Description
· We have an opportunity for the position of Operations Assistant.
· He/She is responsible for handling TG Campus UI for day to day management.
· Will be responsible for managing online sessions.
· He/She will be taking care of all technical / UI issues faced by Teachers/Students .
· The position requires excellent oratory skills, capability of understanding Technical issues and managing them on User front .
· Should have good communication skills .
· Knowledge of English/Hindi language is mandatory .
· Knowledge of Tamil would be added advantage .
· Superb organizational skills.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills.
· A willingness to learn.
· An eye for attention to detail
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
