ABC Champ jobs - Operations Associate

• Looking for a part-time female operations associate in Whitefield, Bengaluru with following responsibilities:
  
• Update data in company's business management system w.r.t. class scheduling, fee payments, adding/removing accounts. On-job Training would be provided for this purpose.
  
• Contact customers via phone and e-mail to communicate information and resolve issues
  
• Research/Update content as instructed on PowerPoint slides
  
• Provide operations support to resolve issues while e-classes are in operation
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent English communication skills
  
• Experience of using business management software
  
• Knowledge of accounting software like Tally
  
• Knowledge of scheduling software
  
• Great customer interfacing and servicing skills
