The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to the client, this person will use their expertise to strategize, leading to long term opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the progression of each student and getting them placement-ready

2. Building relationships with the students, understanding what they need to achieve, strategizing and executing plans accordingly

3. Responsible for resume evaluation and mock scheduling.

Required Skills:

1. Proficiency in Excel. 

2. Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).

3. Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when necessary.

4. Ability to write a Report/Summary is a plus.
