Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts for delinquency and payment collection.
  • Locate and contact customer and remind them about the outstanding Invoices.
  • Send out past due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed payments.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding payments or Invoices.
  • Demonstrated skill in negotiating and resolving conflicts.

Skills:

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience - 6 Months and Above
