About The Team

The Territory Planning & Analytics (“TP&A”) team is at the center of delivering against our CEO’s top priorities – rapidly-growing the sales force and increasing sales productivity. We partner with corporate and senior Sales leaders across the globe to ensure the best return on the company’s substantial annual investment in incremental sales professionals

Job Description

• Collaborate with colleagues in India and USA to provide exceptional TP&A support; engage regularly via phone, email and IM
• Review, sort, manage and action requests/tasks through mailboxes and other internal platforms with desired productivity
• Organize & Maintain SOPs, related to Account moves process, Mailboxes management and new hire intake
• Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly productivity reports on account moves for internal stakeholders
• Responsible for managing the assigned region to provide Territory Planning support to Sales and meet and exceed Service level agreements
• Support the TP&A team and Sales Leaders Account Alignments Process execution.Communicate via phone and email with team members globally
• Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies and redundancies, and working with appropriate resources to update databases
• Improve processes by identifying gaps and suggesting ideas to solve problems
  
  

Essential Must-have Skills

• 1.5 + years in Operations and Service delivery

• Strong excel knowledge including complex formulas (e.g., vlookup, hlookup, index match, and text functions, as well as light VBA/Macro exposure)
• Stakeholder Management
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time
• Able to demonstrate an organized and sensible method for completing tasks
