We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting operational data to drive informed decision-making and process improvements within the organisation.

We want someone who loves the dynamic world of e-commerce, wakes up every morning excited to play with numbers, and draws insights which drive the business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Proficiency in reporting and MS office is compulsory especially in excel.
Able to collect, analyze and disseminate data in a time-sensitive manner to the management
Prepare and present reports based on the analysis of data.
Assist in strategic planning and implementation of new or existing systems
Maintain and update databases to ensure information accuracy.
Ensure the security of the company’s digital documents and sensitive information.
Liaise between departments in the company to ensure that the system is meeting the organization’s needs.

You will fit into this role if you:

1+ Years of experience in cleaning data and analyzing data on Excel.
Good to have experience in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
