The Operations Executive is responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of events.

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Able to handle and facilitate operations at Client location
•  Execution in Events – Bangalore | Pan India | International
• Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
• Managing various expenses
• Work productivity
• Performs other duties as required
• Communication with Higher Management
• Managing database
• Social media support

Profile:  Required Qualifications

• Should be a graduate with computer science as a major subject ( preferably BCA, MCA, Diploma in Computer science, BSc. IT. Engineers with CS or IT can also apply)
• 0 -1 year work experience
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Offcie suite (excel, word, and power point)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good Analytical skills, ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Comfortable to work in a diverse environment
• Should be open to accept feedback and suggestions from others also should have a the ability to share information with others. 
• Should be a good team player and should have the potential to perform as individual contributor.
• Should be flexible to adapt the culture of the organisation. 
• Keen interest in social media
