Responsibilities:• Should operations team of 15 - 20 supervisor & Labours (~ 15 to 20 DCs)• Daily executive schedule preparation, the week of planning• Ensuring executives & labours reaching DCs on time• Should ensure on-time dispatch of LML vehicles from DC and ensure on-time delivery• Training of drivers, labours • Tracking of vehicles in the entire supply chain (MML vehicle, LML vehicle and reverse logistics)• Should be proficient in excel• Inventory management of all DCs in his cluster• Asset management of facilities and ensuring all facilities are maintained well.
