Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management with Studio Owners/Managers regularly
  • To take up On boarding  process once the sales acquires the studio by updating the studio details on the app and updating the workout schedule as and when  required.
  • Calling the app users and helping them resolve their issues and pushing  them to buy subscriptions
  • Sharing the monthly usage report with the Studio's and coordinating the  payment process
  • Helping sales with data collection and fixing up meetings with the  concerned person to acquire new studios.
