Extensive work experience as an Operations with financial institution and should have knowledge of various operational techniques.
Proficient by contacting customers and discuss about products, queries, escalations.  
Interacting with customers for understanding and resolving customer disputes.
Performing consistently to meet performance standards set by the Operations department.
Excellent in handling people skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills during escalations calls.
Experience in working with targets and must be comfortable to achieve daily targets.
Documented and manage reminder and handle customer.
