Duties and responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for partners support answering astrologers inbound calls and closing astrologers’ ticket in defined TAT.

Completing tasks related to cross-checking documents, making sure data is matching in MIS etc- in pre-defined Turn-around-time (TAT) .Data verification- To call partners and verify data for 100% correctness

Ability to follow Task Guideline to verify customer documents such as ID and proof etc, and ensuring zero tolerance in case of any deviance from SOP

lCall partners for price verification/Availability Datar give an update on information provided to technical team for making profile live.

once completed providing daily update to partners and team on the status of Leads.

Ensure compliance and accuracy

. Quick responsive action towards getting in touch with Partners in case any of the data is incorrect

Proactively addressing queries, concerns of the partners and resolving with TAT

Participate in partners event with the team to ensure everything is aligned as per the instructions.
