Designation: Operations Executive
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Implement process specific to the project and client
2. Contribute to lead generation and lead qualification vertical by using internet technologies, Tele-calling, and social media
3. Maintain relationships with gig workers and cross-functional teams
4. Update product knowledge on a regular basis
5. Monitoring lead generation of gig workers for developing quality leads
6. Establish a high standard of productivity, quality, and customer service
7. Participate in Managing and improving overall performance with stakeholders
8. Maintain consistent professional improvement through workshops, tracking, trends, and active
participation in multiple projects
9. Identify& Solve gaps between company & gig workers regularly to maintain quality and
productivity
