Primary Purpose : To manage all the back end operations at the Design Studio.

Primary Responsibilities :

The candidate will be responsible for the following :

To compile the product expense sheet, preparing invoices, maintain inventory and complete Vendor registration processes with new clients.
To visit sites for the supervision of product quality for ongoing projects and new product development
To liaise with vendors and visit their sites for samples/purchase of materials and follow up on projects
To assist in product development and exploring new uses of Recycled materials
To support the development of the final samples and presentation of the product as per the client’s requirements.
To help in the presentation of packaging, wherever applicable.
To integrate with Retailers, Buyers and Clients.
To work on the brand image for marketing and assist in Visual Merchandising including sending out emails, using Social Media, Contacting blogs, magazines and publications for brand features.
To follow up with potential and existing clients, Client servicing, New client acquisition.
To meet the required timelines for the due completion of the projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies :

The candidate should :

Be Creative and Innovative.
Have an eye for colour, texture, pattern and design.
Have Good attention to detail.
Understand the properties of different materials and production processes of different products.
Have knowledge of the market.
Have Proficiency in Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Presentations)
Have Knowledge of Design Softwares – CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (is an added bonus)
Have basic knowledge of using Social Media
Have knowledge and experience in Photography as an added skill will be preferred.
Have Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Have the ability to multitask

Candidate should be willing to travel within Mumbai at Customer/Vendor Sites.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (11 am - 4 pm)
