Job Description of Operations Executive:
The profile involves independent handling of Customer Service FUNCTION. The candidate is responsible for Training and Implementation of solution at the site/s of the customers that are situation at all across India. The Candidates will be based at Navi Mumbai (4 Nos)CTC – 5 LPA (Including variables)Immediate Joiner
Critical Skills requirement:
Strong customer service background with minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Corporate / Enterprise Clients.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to impress upon Managers to staff level employees.
Should be a team leader to manage implementation at various sites of the customer.
Good numerical and analytical skills to get hold on numbers.
Should have good business skills to understand customer’s business and recommend products to enhance revenue.
Good listening and comprehension skills to understand the products, customer requirements and alignment of both.
Key Focus Areas:
Problem Solving skills and good analytical skills.
Account Management of Key customers and regular visits to them.
Driving revenue enhancement programs that are announced from time to time.
Regular Feedback to product team on the new requirements of customers.
Expert working knowledge of the Microsoft Excel with command on Macros and Pivot creations
Ability to understand the workflows of Logistics Processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
Should be a Graduate with atleast 3 years of customer service Experience.
Preferably working in BFSI or Fintech industries.
Should have fair understanding and knowledge of Logistics flows.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power-point and Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Mobility – Involves Travel across various sites of the customer.
