Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide service excellence support to operations.
· Cater to operations adhoc requirement.
· Preparing reports like monitoring and Trackers,
· Prepare management specific reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
· Prepare and run monthly stock reports to provide insights on selected metrics.
· Perform analysis of reports for operations.
· Maintain Dashboard with actionable insights and Accuracy of Inventory data.
· Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing metrics to meet operations objectives.
Secondary Skills:
· Should be excellent in MS Excel
· MS Office operating and typing skills
· Database management skills
· Analytical skills, Interpersonal and Problem-Solving skills
· Good Communication skills
Preferred / Expected Candidate :
· Able to write macros, formulas in Excel
· Advance MS Excel Skills
