Job Title: Operations Intern

We are looking for a motivated Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food industry. The intern will be involved in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),understanding day-to-day operations, and supporting the central team with regular reports and coordination tasks.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with various teams to document and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Microsoft Office tools
2. Assist in understanding and documenting the operational processes within the organization
3. Support the central team by preparing regular reports related to operational metrics and key performance indicators
4. Coordinate with different departments to gather relevant data and ensure smooth communication flow
5. Conduct research to contribute insights and suggestions for process improvements
6. Attend meetings and take notes, summarizing key action items and decisions
7. Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the operations team


Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Eagerness to learn about the food industry and operations management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
