Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sprint planning
a. Create user stories for the requirements received
b. Identify and create epics for the created user stories
c. Estimate and assign points for each of the user stories based on rules
d. Add assignees and due dates for the user stories selected in a sprint

2. Project tracking on JIRA
a. Add the tasks for a sprint on JIRA
b. Track the tasks in JIRA on a daily basis to see if everything is in place
c. Raise early warnings and notify the related stakeholders in case of something
not going according to the plan
d. Identify the daily challenges for the team, when you identify ask for the support of the right person in resolving the problem

3. JIRA management
a. Keep a track of all the movements of tasks on JIRA

As a project associate at Akrity Computing, your main goal will be to ensure that the assigned projects are running smoothly and are on track as per the project plan. Whenever problems arise, raise red flags, and ask for support from the right person to get the project back on track.
